# `access_not_recorded`

**Status 503.** The access could not be recorded, so the data was not returned.

## What it means

The read could not be written to your account's activity log, so nothing was returned. Every read of a shopper's details is logged before it is answered.

## What to do

Send the request again.

## Safe to send again?

Yes. Send exactly the same request again; for a points change or a cancel, with the same `Idempotency-Key`.
