## What it means

Something went wrong on our side. A points change or a cancel that fails this way does not use up its `Idempotency-Key`.

## What to do

Send the request again; for a points change or a cancel, with the same `Idempotency-Key`, so it is never made twice. If it keeps happening, email support with the `request_id`.
