# `not_found`

**Status 404.** No such resource.

## What it means

Nothing with that key or id exists on this account. A member, store or webhook endpoint of another account gets exactly the same answer, on purpose, and so does an address this version does not have.

## What to do

Check the key or id. To find a member by their email address, call `GET /members` with `q`. A points change or a cancel answered with status `404` keeps that answer for its `Idempotency-Key` for 24 hours, so send the corrected request with a new key.

## Safe to send again?

Not as it is. Change what the answer points to, then send the request.
