# `shopify_file_unavailable`

**Status 502.** Shopify did not send the picture.

## What it means

The picture at `source_url` could not be fetched from Shopify's CDN. Nothing was kept.

## What to do

Check the address opens in a browser, then send the request again, or upload the file itself.

## Safe to send again?

Yes. Send exactly the same request again; for a points change or a cancel, with the same `Idempotency-Key`.
