**Status 502.** Shopify did not confirm the code was switched off, so nothing was changed.

## What it means

Shopify did not confirm the code was switched off. No points were given back, and the code still works. `upstream_reason` says what went wrong.

## What to do

Send the same request again, with the same `Idempotency-Key`.

## Safe to send again?

Yes. Send exactly the same request again; for a points change or a cancel, with the same `Idempotency-Key`.
