# Reports: what you owe

The **Reports** screen says what your programme owes: the points your customers hold, what those points are worth at your point value, and, when you run more than one store, how much each store owes the others for points earned at one and spent at another. Each report can be copied or downloaded as a spreadsheet.

## Points owed to your customers

**Points owed to your shoppers** counts every point your customers can still spend, and turns it into money at your point value. When your stores value points differently, the report says so instead of showing one figure, because which store a point will be spent at cannot be known. **Store by store** breaks it down.

## Settlement between your stores

When your stores share one points balance, a customer can earn at one store and spend at another. **Settlement between your stores** shows, for the dates you choose, what each store owes the others. Pick **Last full month**, **Last 3 full months**, **This month so far** or **This year so far**, or set **From** and **To** and press **Run report**.

**Download as CSV** saves a report as a spreadsheet; **Copy as CSV** copies it to paste elsewhere.
