Matrix Rewards is built by Matrix Health Group, which runs its own online stores. Support is one email address, answered by the people who built the app.

What we do not do
The free plan is the demo: install it, and a working programme is seeded from the moment it is on your store, with nothing to configure first. Write to us when you have a question about what you can see.

Billing and plans
The Free plan counts 200 orders a month that earn points; the meter counts only those orders, not orders placed, refunds or redemptions. Ask about the count, the Multi-Store Wallet's 14-day trial, or an invoice.

The umbrella
Register interest in the opt-in group of stores where a shopper's points from one can be spent at another. It is not built yet; writing to us puts your store on the list to hear when it is.

What the app holds about shoppers, the merchant data agreement, or removing a shopper's data. A shopper can ask to delete their rewards account on the rewards page in their account at the shop, and a customer a merchant deletes in Shopify is erased here automatically. For anything else, send the store and the shopper's email address.
