What it means
This account has made 100 programme changes through the API in the last 24 hours, across all its keys, which is the most it may. The limit stops a runaway script or assistant rewriting a programme again and again. limit and used show where the account stands. Nothing was changed.
What to do
Make the change in the Matrix Rewards app in your Shopify admin, which has no such limit, or wait until earlier changes are more than 24 hours old and send it with a new Idempotency-Key.
Safe to send again?
No. The same request will get the same answer.
