Status 403. A test key can preview a change but never make one.

What it means

This is a test key. A test key reads your real data and can preview a change, but it never makes one, and it cannot manage webhooks. Nothing was changed.

What to do

Use a live key for the change.

Safe to send again?

No. The same request will get the same answer.
