Status 503. The access could not be recorded, so the data was not returned.

What it means

The read could not be written to your account's activity log, so nothing was returned. Every read of a shopper's details is logged before it is answered.

What to do

Send the request again.

Yes. Send exactly the same request again; for a points change or a cancel, with the same Idempotency-Key.
