Status 413. The request body is larger than this endpoint accepts.

What it means

The request body is over 4,096 bytes, or 32,768 for a programme, reward or offer change. max_bytes says which. Nothing was changed.

What to do

Send only the fields the call takes: a points change takes delta_points and reason, a cancel takes ref, and a webhook endpoint takes url, event_types and description.

Safe to send again?

Not as it is. Change what the answer points to, then send the request.
